There are many ways of making a lemon coffee ,and there are no rules with this beverage ,but we must pay attention to the process in which we carry out the infusion so that we will not waste the beverage that might cost a lot.

I have learned how to make a lemon coffee and it is not as complicated as may seem at first sight. It is not something that you would need to spend a lot of effort with. I do not say that you must have the experience of a professional barista and that this does not help us achieve our goal.

Making the coffee the best method of course is not using water from the kettle but filtered water ,and this is the secret of our success. In our case we do it with 100% natural lemons and coffee.

  1. Cut the lemon so that we can see it fully in the glass.
  2. Crush the lemon by crushing in between the two fists (in the bottom of the glass).
  3. Pour coffee at the bottom of the glass.
  4. After that, the pinch of sugar.
  5. Serve it and enjoy.

So, the preparation is easy: crush the lemon, add coffee, sugar and finally the lemon. Another way to prepare your cup of coffee is to mix the lemon juice and water and bring it to boil. Then, add coffee and salt and wait for few minutes for it to cool down.

You can always vary the amounts of sugar, coffee and lemon. For the coffee you can use the espresso roast type of coffee or if you want to cut down on caffeine, you can replace it with decaffeinated coffee. 

You can use orange oil to give the taste. You can also add a pinch of saffron for added elegance. The coffee that we are talking about is an espresso roast, but you can replace it with any type of roast.
