Other foods that are also good sources of protein include beans, lentils, nuts, seeds and soy products.

I also read this, and I want to be more compliant, I just don't know how. I'm kind of a chicken with this. When I eat fruit I feel like the biggest failure on Earth. But I don't like this feeling.
