I think you should reword a little or say exactly what you mean by "Drinks that help you lose weight".

When I say drinks that help you lose weight, I’m talking about the ones that have weight-loss properties. They include: alcoholic drinks, caffeinated drinks, and drinks with no calories.

Before we go further, I would like to point out that there are drinks that help you gain weight. Some people can even gain weight when drinking milk. But these types of drinks will not help to lose weight, so I will not be discussing those drinks here.

Many things that we eat and drink may help us lose weight but they will not help us to lose a certain % of body weight in a given period of time. And in the case of "pills", some medications can increase your rate of metabolism and fat-burning, but this is usually just a temporary effect that's often followed by a rapid return to your normal rate of metabolism and fat-burning.

If your goal is a permanent loss of specific amounts of body fat, then the only thing that is going to permanently help you is a permanent change in what you are doing to lose weight (or keeping weight off forever in the face of that permanent change).

If you are only interested in losing specific percentage of body fat, and not in specific amounts of weight, then you can probably do this with a number of diets that have been designed for this purpose. The only way to get a clear idea about how each diet will affect your body fat percentage is to stick with it for a period of time.

That said, these diets have very different effects on how much and what you have to eat in order to maintain your weight. To get a more accurate idea about which of these will work for you, it would be helpful to know what your specific goals are.

It's very difficult to estimate the best diet for you when you don't specify what your goals are. The fact that you are interested in weight loss should be your guide. However, since you don't want to lose a ton of weight, but instead keep it off permanently, it's possible that some of these diets will give you good numbers. However, there will be others that will be less successful.

One thing all of these diets have in common: It's a very long time to continue on the plan. This means you will not be able to maintain this new way of eating overnight.
