I don't use any electrolyte tablets. I've got an electrolyte drink for my runs. But on very hot days, I switch back to sports drink or drink a glass of water with the sugar.

I think one should limit water consumption to 2 liters/day. So, in general I think that we should be careful with how much water we drink.
